Grendel Gongan

This piece takes the Old English text of chapter XII of "Beowulf" and uses the ever-shifting words to represent a video of Grendel, the creature that Beowulf slew. By using the text to draw pictures I am trying to explore and blur the division between "text" and "image" and investigate what we can know from a text- in particular this the "oldest European vernacular heroic Epic".
